Competitors Cannot Crack Apple’s Stranglehold on Tablets
IT Brand Pulse announced the results of the February 2011 IT Brand Leader Survey for Tablet Computers in the categories of market, price, performance, reliability, service and support, and innovation. Apple, as expected, dominated every Tablet Computer category to capture the Market Leader Award as well as Brand Leader Awards for Price, Performance, Reliability, Service and Support, and Innovation. Samsung was second in five of the six categories including a second place for Market Leader with 3.3% of the vote. Motorola placed second in Innovation and a close third to Samsung in the other five categories.
