    Your Opportunity at Intuit: This position reports into the Group Research Manager and will have the following responsibilities:

    • Work cross functionally with teams to shape and execute learnings plans based on business needs and growth objectives for both existing and new offerings

    · Define and implement an advertising measurement plan and synthesize the results from both research and analytics to provide a holistic picture of the impact of advertising programs.

    • Develop and use market research models and insights to drive superior decision making on all initiatives.

    • Interpret research results, derives implications, performs market analysis and gathers strategic intelligence to provide proactive insight regarding the consumer market, trends and our customer needs, pain points and buying behaviors.

    • Expert on methodology, survey design, and analysis/reporting, including appropriate use of advanced analytics, for a variety of primary research projects.

    • Helps direct priorities and approaches for research projects to ensure the most effective and efficient use of Small Business Division’s investment in primary research

    • Recommends business process changes necessary for the Small Business Division to be a best-practices leader with use and implementation

    • Manage research vendors relationship and drive execution of research initiatives

    • Champions voice of the customer across organization

     

    Your Talents: Experience Level: 10+ years experience in a primary research client/supplier environment with a proven track record of driving in customer insights into strategic initiatives. Possess sound understanding and ability to apply qualitative and quantitative market research techniques, models and analytics to business and marketing challenges. Ability to lead through influence across all levels and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Specific experience in advertising and brand research is a must.

    • Have stats knowledge (descriptive and inferential; chi-squares, t-tests, ANOVA, factor analyses, multiple regression, cluster analyses); knowledge of SPSS/SAS/S+/Excel or other statistical package a plus
