    As Outbound Marketing manager for T&M Services, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an integrated go-to-market strategy to meet the top line order goals of the Agilent T&M Services business. Interface with Agilent customers, product divisions and worldwide and regional marketing and sales teams, to develop and lead effective lead generation programs and direct and indirect channel sales enablement plans.
    Responsibilities for this position include managing a team to:
    1. Develop the overall messaging for T&M Services and drive tactical implementation of the plan.
    2. Manage the eServices strategy for T&M Services, including integration with channel sales processes and the overall Agilent web strategy.
    3. Understand and develop the sales tools and training the channels require to more effectively articulate our service portfolio and drive order growth.
    4. Provide strategic input into inbound marketing product plans with customer voice and channel needs.
    5. Support outbound elements of NPI life cycle plan, such as customer and channel communications, enablement, and readiness, Includes assurance of relevant quote to cash business processes.
    6. Coordinate marketing communications and channel strategies with appropriate Agilent product divisions and global infrastructure teams.
    7. Manage the worldwide Marcom budget with clear goals and metrics.
    8. Participate as key member of Marketing Manager’s staff to develop Service business strategy and lead department in successfully meeting our goals.
    Skills
    Qualifications:
    Bachelors, Master or University Degree or equivalent. Marketing degree preferred.
    5+ years relevant marketing experience in Outbound Marketing or Marcom.
    1. Outbound marketing experience in Service business. (high tech or engineering background preferred)
    2. Direct sales experience and/or support of sales teams. (strategic selling desired)
    3. Global organization leadership and influencing skills – either in a specific region or through a worldwide role
    4. Reseller channel experience
    5. eMarketing experience
    6. Demonstrated ability to achieve results in complex, matrix organizational environment
    7. Demonstrated ability to set strategy, influence partners and drive plans to execution with a team.

    As the internal and external evangelist responsible for managing a $700M services portfolio, you are charged with services profitable growth and success. He/she will be instrumental in developing the holistic services strategy and building out an innovative, highly differentiated services portfolio that will drive market, wallet and mind share resulting in profitable revenue growth.
    Candidate must possess strong leadership with a unique blend of business and an executive perspective, the drive and creativity to make that vision a reality and take services to the next level. Candidate must enjoy spending time understanding customer, prospect and market problems, synthesizing these needs, and defining and releasing innovative services for our targeted markets and working in a cross-functional matrix environment.
    Leader will manage a team of approx. 6-8 Services Marketing / Offer Managers. In addition to managing the Services Portfolio, he/she will be responsible for leading several marketing programs and initiatives such as Annual Strategic Long Range Plan, services messaging/branding, external communication/events, and special projects such as participates in Business Development Activities, Partner/tool evaluations and Continuous Improvement and Customer Advocacy Activities etc.
    The Services Marketing/Offer management Director is responsible for managing the global services portfolio (Support Services – Annuity, Transaction, Managed Services, Software as a Service and Professional Services) for the Retail vertical and the Marketing lead for Professional Services. The primary focus of the Director is to serve as the Services LOB Partner to the Retail and Professional Services and is an integral member of the LOB VP’s leadership team. The Director is responsible for the holistic Services Portfolio $700M in revenue and strategy in order to achieve profitable revenue growth and business plan objectives. He/She is responsible for building out a comprehensive services portfolio holistic view of the services portfolio – market, strategy and brand. Works closely with key stakeholders, supporting our industry verticals (lines of business), Region Sales and Deployment. Balances the Line of Business Priorities across verticals, solutions and drives interlock and manages overall team deliverables. He/she is accountable for Services revenue/price realization, program / business plan success measures metrics (Attach/capture, share, schedule fidelity etc.) throughout the lifecycle from Concept to Discontinuation. Manages services program reviews, deliverables and business management system across the portfolio.
    Integrates Service Offers and Programs to strengthen our solution value proposition, build competitive differentiation and customer retention.
    Manages the team deliverables in the following areas:
    o Develop offers and RTM sales kits including value quantification, works collaboratively with solution management/marketing, Services Design/Engineering and PS Delivery to operationalize the offer for implementation ensuring Area Ready to Deliver Service.
    o Develops and coordinates launch plans and program including Marcom activities with respective business partners such as industry verticals, region sales and marketing Communications.
    The Services Marketing/Offer Management is a combined role which provides a holistic approach that includes both OUTBOUND and INBOUND activities such as:
    Outbound Focus
    o Service Offer Requirements, Strategy, Roadmaps
    o Market, Competitive Intelligence and Analysis including “Attack/Winback” Programs
    o Service Offer Evangelist and Expert, Sales Support/Demand Creation
    o Customer Support, Analyst, Partner relations, Advisory Boards
    o Go to Market Plans and Marketing Programs: Key Messages, Value Proposition, Value quantification, Area Ready to Sell – Sales Kit/Collateral i.e. Presentation, Proposal Content, Scope of Service/Statement of Work, Contract Addendum, Pricing, Datasheets etc..
    Inbound Focus
    o Offer Development, roadmaps and realization – concept through discontinuation
    o Business Plan development, Program Metrics for success
    o Program Management Phase Gate review, investment prioritization, revenue and deliverables interlock with cross functional owners
    o Program tracking and reporting (Funnel, file value, revenue etc)

    The Services Marketing/Offer Management Director will be responsible for defining, implementing and deploying service offers across NCR’s targeted industries (Retail which includes Hospitality and Professional Services). The service offers are both part of NCR Solutions as well as standalone Services that are designed to further NCR’s service leadership. There will be a significant focus on high Availability Services (Remote Monitoring/Mgmt), Managed Services, Software as a Service/Hosting / Transactional Processing Services and Professional Services.
    He/She will be responsible for building out a comprehensive, highly differentiated services portfolio and program management that enables NCR to build market, wallet and mind share by translating industry/customer/solution requirements, identifying portfolio gaps, enhancing existing offers, and developing new services that can be implemented to support profitable growth of our business
    Key Areas of Responsibility
    • Understand the Global market (industry, customer and competition) and NCR in-order to develop and manage opportunities to grow services revenue and improve margins

    Skills
