    Job Description:
    The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of progressive responsibility in marketing, in positions requiring extensive interaction with sales, with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, virtual environment. Experience in all facets of marketing including online, direct mail, web-based, with an ability to develop integrated marketing programs incorporating appropriate elements to achieve qualified demand generation. The candidate must be sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands on, with the ability to work with all levels of management in a highly matrixed environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate brings 5+ years experience focused on direct marketing.
    Overall marketing strategy and execution for demand generation. The Senior Director of Field and Direct Marketing requires extensive collaboration with Product and Corporporate Marketing and Sales. The Senior Director of Field and Direct Marketing oversees the demand generation marketing budgets and executes field-based marketing activities. The Senior Director of Field and Direct Marketing must ensure alignment of all Marketing activities to demand generation objectives, including those executed by other corporate Marketing functions and business units, including channels.
    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    •Understand overall corporate strategy, initiatives, products, and programs and leverage available resources in planning and execution.
    •Understand demand generation priorities, then align strategic direct and field marketing programs to achieve objectives.
    •Develops integrated and comprehensive direct marketing plans to support two primary lines of business and their respective revenue objectives.
    •Leverage existing systems within focused demand generation programs: Marketo,
    •Directly manage Inside sales lead nurturing and generation programs to ensure fully integrated marketing plan and execution across North America and internationally, where appropriate.
    •Promotes teamwork and coordinated execution of strategic Marketing programs across functions to ensure the brand recognition of Coveo solutions.
    •Ensures flawless execution of prospect, customer and sales-facing events.
    •Fluent in Direct and Field Marketing, lead generation strategies, requirements, benefits and incentives. Aligns supporting Marketing programs to same.
    •Provides aggregated feedback regarding success of marketing plan execution across partner types for update/review with sales and corporate Marketing leadership.
    •Mentors team of Inside Sales and Marketing Coordiantors to ensure consistency of message and execution across sales and marketing channels
    •Prepare and deliver program reviews, provide executive summaries, influence and educate executive management as required.
    •Identifies and directs goals, performance standards, metrics and budgets for inside sales representatives.
    •Translate Direct Marketing program strategies into measurable program results and communicates ROI to sales and marketing management.
