Formulates strategy, value proposition, audience segmentation, and build BU campaign strategy, offers and execution plan based on the analysis and the Business Group goals.

    5. Marketing Ownership. Directs prioritization and funding for Brand marketing activities and Customer Campaigns.. Holds responsibility for incorporating an audience perspective into Business Group’s marketing activities and Customer Campaigns.. Owns measurement of campaign results and strategy/execution adjustment.. Lead PR and Analyst leadership to ensure the brand momentum in the market place.. Drive ISV and channel programmes to build runrate business for Database.. Own the Competitive strategy and Large deal creation strategy with the Business Executive lead.

    Required:

    Senior Business Development skills, Sales experience is a necessity with over 15 years of sales and marketing experience is a must.

    The candidate must either have held senior positions in marketing or sales to qualify for this role.

    You will have a key role in collecting that feedback, and working with stakeholders to represent the voice of the customer and partner, and to drive business decisions.

    Responsibilities:
    Ensure that Microsoft continues to have an accurate and reliable measurement of customer and partner satisfaction
    Develop an understanding of the key levers to improve satisfaction
    Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business – in the WW CPE group, in segment and audience corporate teams, and with teams in the Field working directly with customers and partners
    Provide consulting to those stakeholders, to enable the business to make informed decisions
    Share relevant insights with senior executives and tell “the CPE story”, developed from multiple data sources
    Roll up your sleeves and help to manage what is a highly complex research platform for CPE measurement
    Drive thought leadership, efficiencies and new approaches to deliver more insights, quicker, and at a lower cost
    Partner with others to provide a ‘one CMG’ (Central Marketing Group) perspective that represents the marketplace
    Skills:
    Strong vendor and project management skills for what is a challenging, multi-audience/segment research program
    Collaborative skills: to work with a broad set of stakeholders in matrix environments
    Critical thinking skills, e.g. the ability to frame problems and to identify solutions
    Analytical skills and business acumen: to provide fact-based insights to drive business outcomes
    Polished communication, story-telling and presentation skills, including deep comfort with executive audiences
    Experience in satisfaction or loyalty research is preferred
    Experience Required:
    A Bachelor’s degree is required; the ideal candidate will also possess an MBA or other graduate degree
    Minimum of 7 years consulting experience with additional experience (3-5) directly involved in a market research function
