    Job Description:
    In this role, the primary responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
    Geographic responsibility to be world-wide with a focus on North America and Europe for demand generation
    Responsibility for marketing programs such webinars, to CPA lead programs, email marketing, web-based lead generation, and other lead gen programs
    Ongoing analysis and optimization of all lead generation campaigns in alignment with demand generation and lead conversation plan.
    Take initiative in developing innovative new programs, proposing and championing new and better ways of communicating messages, brand value and optimizing the lead volume to lead value process.
    Manage and direct external design, writing and production vendors and engage in ongoing evaluation, selection and management.
    Maintain a deep understanding of Virtual Computers marketing messages as well as those of key competitors and partners within the ecosystem and apply that understanding to ongoing marketing efforts to achieve the effective results.
    Identify and manage the most impactful events ensuring maximum attendance and visibility as well as ensuring achievement lead generation goals.
    Coordinate joint marketing programs with strategic technology partners and value-added resellers.
    Maintain budget and status reports and regularly communicate with key stakeholders ensuring spend is directed in alignment with the company’s business goals and priorities.
    Desired Skills & Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on demand generation
    • Experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems to optimize marketing processes, deployment of programs, and metrics-based analysis of campaigns and pipeline conversion
    • Proven ability to develop strong programs that drive demand and feed the sales funnel
    • Ability to manage and drive projects to successful completion.
    • Strong message development, writing and editorial skills; an innate design sense; keen detail orientation and a commitment to customer service and quality.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Superior time management and organizational capabilities, including the ability to accurately benchmark project length, deliver on deadlines, and manage a high-volume workload.
    • A team player able to gain support from the broader team and manage resources effectively.
    • Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
    • Highly motivated and ambitious with a willingness to go the extra mile.
    • A high energy self-starter.
