    Job Description:
    This individual manages marketing communications initiatives that contribute to attaining Servigistics’ global marketing goals of:
    Product Portfolio Profitability
    Demand Generation
    Market Awareness
    Sales Enablement
    Client Expansion
    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
    Will be a highly motivated team player who wants to grow professionally and gain experience in a variety of marketing communications disciplines.
    Will be high energy, well organized and diplomatic, will enjoy a challenge, working a variety of projects and not require a 9-to-5 position.
    Must be a self starter capable with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously including but not limited to online and offline; collateral development, lead generation, events, partner programs, and field readiness.
    Must have a broad experience using a variety of marketing technology including marketing automation (Marketo is a plus), CRM (Salesforce.com is a plus), CMS (Cascade is a plus), Web tools, Microsoft Office and other business applications.
    Desired Skills & Experience
    A QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:
    Has a minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience working in marketing for a B2B enterprise software company.
    Has a College degree in communications or marketing.
    Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills
    Is able to handle a high volume of programs within prescribed deadlines
    Demonstrates a thorough understanding of branding, demand generation, event management, new media and production
    Proficient in MSFT Office.
    Displays business acumen and effective and pleasant interpersonal skills in dealing with all positions within employees, vendors and other third parties
    Shows Outstanding etiquette and customer service
    Works very well with limited supervision
