    Job Description
    Working directly with the International Marketing Mangers, responsible for the development, implementation and tracking of international marketing initiatives including events, communications, tools, dealer/distributor meetings and sales meetings. Completes market research activities for new international markets and products.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Plans and executes international distributor meetings, global product launches, press events and other events that have an international scope.
    • MY Product Launch –Manages the marketing support for local product launches including int’l press launches, collateral development, application photography and trains channel partners on how to use all available tools.
    • Works with all product groups and I/S to create and distribute marketing content (images, specifications, text) for international distribution – Marketing Communications
    • Int’l Media Kit- Creates International version of the media kit from the US product groups. Translates for use with international press.
    • Executes photo shoots for International products.
    • Manages International SharePoint site for content and structure.
    • Maintains, updates online training modules to support new product launches.
    • Manages global translation of marketing content, owner’s manuals and service manuals.
    • Supports the EMEA staff in executing European trade shows for ATV, Ranger, Victory and Snow.
    • Leads marketing summit/meetings with subsidiary and distributors marketing staff.
    • Completes market research activities for new international markets and products as requested.
    • Manages international marketing budget.
    • Manage PIRP (distributor rewards) program including program qualifications, score card, claim approvals and program communication.
    • Manages the logistics for all Polaris products used in international events.
    • Assists international subsidiaries and distributors daily on marketing needs.
    • Maintains database for employees, distributors and subsidiary contacts.
    • Manage records retention program for the international division.
    Skills
    SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required. Master degree preferred.
    • Three years experience in a similar position required; events planning experience required.
    • Proficient PC skills
    • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Has strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage projects
    • Works independently and has the ability to influence without direct authority
    • Demonstrates a passion for international business
    • Spanish, French or German language skills preferred
