Now is the time to come onboard and play a pivotal role in designing and executing these strategies.Selectica is on the lookout for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of all outbound marketing programs including lead nurturing, syndicated content, PPC, webcasts, and field events. This person will be responsible for defining the company’s demand generation plan, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success of those campaigns. This will initially be an individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy and accountability. The Demand Generation Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage an integrated demand generation planDefine goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including: lead nurturing campaigns, field events, banners, webcasts, syndicated content, and PPC programsTrack, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over timeOwn complete campaigns from idea to executionOversee outside agencies that manage SEM and field eventsImplement testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performanceManage the demand generation budgetSkills & Qualifications2-7 years of experience designing and executing effective B2B lead generation programsFirst-hand experience working with marketing automation solutions such as Marketo and EloquaExperience managing search engine marketing programs or managing an outside SEM agencyA track record of success in taking an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targetsPersonality TraitsPassionate about B2B demand genBordering on obsessive when it comes to measuring ROIRelentless in driving down cost-per-opportunityComfortable with a balance of day-to-day execution and high-level strategyEducationBA/BS degree, preferably in MarketingThere aren’t many marketing people like this, but you know who you are.
