    The Demand Generation Manager Role
    Selectica, a recognized leader in deal management solutions, is delivering new products and embarking on new go-to-market strategies. Now is the time to come onboard and play a pivotal role in designing and executing these strategies.
    Selectica is on the lookout for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to take ownership of all outbound marketing programs including lead nurturing, syndicated content, PPC, webcasts, and field events. This person will be responsible for defining the company’s demand generation plan, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success of those campaigns. This will initially be an individual contributor role with a high level of autonomy and accountability. The Demand Generation Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.
    Responsibilities
    Develop and manage an integrated demand generation plan
    Define goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including: lead nurturing campaigns, field events, banners, webcasts, syndicated content, and PPC programs
    Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time
    Own complete campaigns from idea to execution
    Oversee outside agencies that manage SEM and field events
    Implement testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance
    Manage the demand generation budget
    Skills & Qualifications
    2-7 years of experience designing and executing effective B2B lead generation programs
    First-hand experience working with marketing automation solutions such as Marketo and Eloqua
    Experience managing search engine marketing programs or managing an outside SEM agency
    A track record of success in taking an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding  lead generation targets
    Personality Traits
    Passionate about B2B demand gen
    Bordering on obsessive when it comes to measuring ROI
    Relentless in driving down cost-per-opportunity
    Comfortable with a balance of day-to-day execution and high-level strategy
    Education
    BA/BS degree, preferably in Marketing
