    Working in a fast-paced, results-driven, entrepreneurial environment, the Bi-Lingual Marketing Manager – Latin America will drive key marketing initiatives throughout North and Latin America. This role’s primary responsibility will be to develop, establish, and maintain marketing strategies to achieve the objective of the company. The ability to effectively manage the advertising, promotional, and marketing activities of the company will be critical. The Bi-Lingual Marketing Manager – Latin America will evaluate market conditions, competitor data and implement changes in the marketing plan as required. The job also entails providing business line support for planning marketing programs, channel support, and sales support. This individual will interact with departments across the company to ensure that the collateral and other communications reflect the brand of the company accurately.

    1. Manage the development of marketing materials across key industries in North and Latin Amierca including the development of brochures, presentations, landing pages, and demos.
    2. Write white papers, blogs, case studies, product descriptions, fact sheets, and other thought pieces and collateral to illustrate the importance of the solution TOA provides.
    3. Advance leads through the pipeline by managing webinars, prospect events, and  through the creation and implementation of other touch-points with future TOA customers.
    4. Establish TOA as a thought leader in the industry by managing Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) survey to illustrate the importance of service to brand equity.
    5. Lead TOA’s participation in selected events and conferences including collateral, booth signage, and give-aways.
    6. Lead TOA sponsored client events as needed.
    7. Manage the collection of references and testimonials and present these in compelling formats.
    8. Lead direct marketing campaigns including e-mail, direct mail, and online.
    9. Effectively produce results as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
    10. Initiate market research cases and analyze their findings.
    11. Be fully conversant with current and emerging services and product capabilities and their competitive strengths.
    12. Maintain open lines of communication with all departments and provide prompt answers to requests.
    13. Reports as requested to Senior Management on project status.
    14. Owns all marketing in Latin America from collateral, to events, to sales support.

     

    Requirements:

    1. Proficient in both English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills is required; other languages a plus
    2. 7 – 10 years product marketing experience in the B2B enterprise software industry, preferably OSS/BSS.
    3. Five plus years working in a fast-paced, hi-tech, entrepreneurial environment.
    4. Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master’s degree preferred
    5. Proficient in computer skills – word processing, excel, powerpoint and willingness to learn other software applications
    6. Proven ability to create, develop, and implement strategic programs and tactics
    7. Self-starter who is resourceful and likes working with limited direction
    8. Experience writing press releases, managing trade shows, creating collateral, and working with various channels of social media
    9. Flexible worker who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done (including occasional travel)
    10. Proactive – must take initiative in learning and applying new skills.
